All set to portray the role of a professional runner, Taapsee Pannu is all set to surprise and woo her fans with an unconventional role. Playing a Gujarati girl fighting for respect and honour, Taapsee Pannu will be seen breaking stereotypes in this film. With Bhavesh Joshi Superhero actor Priyanshu Painyuli being her on-screen husband, her character Rashmi gets the ‘Rocket’ tag from her neighbours for being a fast runner.
Taking to her Instagram, Taapsee Pannu shared a picture of herself gearing up to run a lap and it has only increased the anticipation of her fans. This is not the first time that Taapsee Pannu will be seen playing the role of a sportswoman on-screen. She was also seen in Anurag Kashyap’s Manmarziyaan where she played the role of a hockey player. Posting her picture from the sets of Rashmi Rocket, Taapsee wrote, “Let’s do this ! ????????♀️ #RashmiRocket”.
